Are your second hand garments clean?
Most of our products have been steamed prior to packaging; however we do not pre-wash our garments. Washing clothes is a controversial subject in vintage. People endlessly debate the merits and dangers of washing vs. dry cleaning so we leave that up to the customers discretion. However, during restoration, some cleaning incurs to bring the product back as close to it's original state as possible.
What is the condition of your vintage products?
The majority of items in our vintage and retro catalogue are used items and subsequently, not all items will be perfect. We do conduct restoration and repairs where it is possible without harming the history of the item. We do not repair hot rocs holes and cuffs as we belief they are essential to the story. During our selection process, we examine each item in detail to check the quality of the item and to determine if there are any issues about the item that you need to know about. We are very honest in our selection process because we want you to know exactly what you are buying and we want you to be happy and come back for more!
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the item that has not been disclosed on the garment description. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding faulty items. Any errors on our part will of course be rectified without cost to the customer.
How can I change or cancel my order?
For order cancelation please email contact@hardmerchtreasury.co.uk immediately after placing your order to request any changes. There may be instances where we are unable to modify your order if the order has already been processed.
How is postage calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by weight and location of your order. You can find this out for yourself by going through the checkout process with the items you wish to purchase in your basket. After you have entered your address, the delivery drop down menu will offer you your shipping options and cost, this will be recalculated if you add or subtract items. We've worked hard to ensure your package is packed to the highest of standards.
